• Dennis, Juan and the team at Value Max Quality builder’s were amazing! I had a leak behind my wall in my bathroom, they opened the wall, fixed the leak, and then we decided to have the whole bathroom remodeled m. They really do great work! Highly recommend.

• It is rare to complete an extensive home remodel in Venice Beach and feel the need to let others know what an excellent company this is. Dennis and Jose (foreman) are an exceptional team to work with and see it through. Our project on completion needed NO punchlist. It all worked out as planned, maybe even better. The worksite was organized, neat, passed all city inspections on the first go around and we offer this recommendation to others at a time when this type of experience is uncommon. • My name is Kenny and I am a homeowner in the Westchester area (near LAX). Dennis and his Value Max team remodeled the interior of our house, and I cannot express how happy we are with them. These guys were always on time, never left a mess, and finished on schedule - something you don’t hear of much out here, at least not from my neighbors. Dennis, the owner is always available by phone and comes by the job at least once a day. My wife and I could not be happier.

• Dennis saved me!! He was referred to me by a cabinet builder. Dennis turned my embarrassing bathroom into a spa! Incredible attention to detail. Stayed on budget, and finished on time. He is very easy to talk to and great at communication! Most contractors I’ve worked with don’t return calls. Dennis checked in almost daily. Plus met me at Floor and Decor countless times. What started as a complete bathroom remodel turned into the rest of the house. I would hire him back in a heartbeat. Just an incredible experience. Thank you Dennis!!

• Dennis and his team are as good as it gets! They did four projects in my house (all pictured). They installed a custom bench in my kitchen nook, designed a laundry room, designed a mudroom, and redid my powder bath. It was a dream from start to finish. He listened and respected my vision and was there for me when I needed reassurance. He communicated every step of the way and did everything in his power to get things done efficiently without disrupting the functioning of my day to day. They cleaned up the house every single day at the end of their work. He was on site every single day to check in and make sure things were going smoothly. That is UNHEARD of with most contractors. His estimate was so transparent and he was willing to let me know how much things would charge if I wanted to add things on. Every single thing they did was a work of art and impeccable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I need more work done.

• This is my second review of Value Max, as we engaged with them for a second large scale project recently. Dennis and his team remodeled our kitchen a few years ago (see my previous review) and did a stellar job, so we hired them to do two bathrooms plus a little more of our home. We are thrilled with their work and continue to refer them to friends who are considering renovations. It would be impossible to recommend them more highly. Quality, reliability, and accountability were the most important factors in our selection of contractors. Dennis and his team deliver all three over and over. All of their work feels sturdy- no shortcuts. If anything is even slightly off or unsatisfactory, Dennis wants it fixed as much as the client. And it WILL BE FIXED! Dennis is available seemingly 24/7 and will hunt down an answer and/or a solution almost immediately. The team showed up at 8am every day ready to work. All team members were friendly, hard working, and trustworthy- three qualities you want for anyone in your house for a few months! Similar to our kitchen project, Dennis was a perfectionist with our bathrooms and indulged our perfectionism as the client. Given the cost and time you will invest in a remodel, you will want things perfect- and so will Dennis. The only thing that seemingly bothers him is if he knows you are not 100% happy. If you are considering a remodel and are holding back because you are worried about finding a good contractor, worry no more. Value Max is the way to go- your house will thank you! :)

• Beautiful kitchen remodel by Value Max Quality Builders We are so very happy with our kitchen remodel by Value Max Quality Builders. They delivered quality work. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were very efficient and coordinated. Dennis listened very carefully to our needs and provided knowledgeable guidance throughout the project. He knew where to find the look we wanted and was able to do that staying within a budget that we could manage, which was very important to us. He kept us informed every step of the way and he promptly answered questions and concerns. He was on site every day to make sure things were going as they should. Jose on his team was excellent as well. He made sure everything was just as it should be with quality work and upgrading everything to code. The rest of the team were all very nice caring men as well. The project was completed in less time than estimated and we are so very happy with the results. We definitely would use them again.
